Robert E. Tutland, P.T. CEO

Bob received his Bachelor's of Science degree in Education from the University of Washington in 1971, then graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy and has been a privately practicing Physical Therapist since 1973. He opened his first office in Bellevue, Wa.. His philosophy has always been to provide quality care with the best personnel, facilities and equipment available, in a convenient neighborhood location. We evolved to our current number of clinics primarily as a result of excellent therapists and supportive and caring personnel. We all continue to strive to meet the needs and goals of our patients as they progress through their rehabilitation programs and welcome all feedback on how we're doing.

Ruth A. Combs, G.M.

As General Manager with thirty five years experience in the medical field, Ruth is responsible for the daily operations of our thirteen physical therapy offices. Her duties include management of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Human Resources and property management. She facilitates all corporate operations directly with Robert E. Tutland, CEO.
